We would like to add a culinary page

Ray Garcia is our Culinary Director. He brings a wealth of management experience to our program, and a host of great culinary ideas. We have a licensed dietitian who oversees the menu and ensures the highest quality food for our residents. Food is a large part of memory and enjoyment for residents, so we go all-out!

Breakfast is always a large meal of hot and cold cereal in addition to a hot entree and sides. Lunch is our heavy meal of the day (traditional foods that our residents remember, comfort foods, but also foods from around the world to keep it interesting, Dinner is lite fare of salads, soup and sandwiches, wraps... Snacks and desserts are all throughout the day... We do accommodate special dietary requests, including chopped, puree and allergy considerations.

When you come for a tour, you are always welcome to stay for a meal!
